Your lab generated the data. We'll help you make sense of it.
We combine deep wet-lab biological expertise with advanced computational data science. Whether you are a startup or a PI, we build rigorous, reproducible pipelines that turn complex datasets into clear, publishable, and actionable results.
You have data. You need answers.
Sound familiar? Here's who we typically work with:
For Startups
You're generating sequencing, flow, or imaging data but don't have a bioinformatician on staff yet. You need someone who understands both the biology and the code.
For PI's & Labs
You have datasets from scRNA-seq, ELISA, or microscopy experiments sitting in a folder, waiting to become a figure or a finding. You need an analyst who speaks your language.
For Research Teams
Your analysis pipeline is fragile, undocumented, or built by someone who left. You need someone to rebuild it right: reproducible, version-controlled, and well-documented.
What We Do
Deep biological expertise meets modern data science.
Scientific Expertise
We bring hands-on wet lab experience (IHC, IF, ELISA, Western blot, flow cytometry, and scRNA-seq library prep) to every analysis. We speak the language of your experiments.

Data Analysis
From raw FASTQ files to publication-ready figures. We build end-to-end pipelines for scRNA-seq, transcriptomics, flow cytometry, and imaging data.

Machine Learning
Biologically interpretable models, not just accurate ones. We apply ML to your omics and imaging data with the scientific context to make results meaningful.

Strategic Consulting
Experimental design, grant support, and pipeline audits. We help you ask better questions before the data is even collected.

About Us
I'm a PhD candidate in Immunology at the University of New Mexico with a Master's in Computer Science. My background spans wet lab work and computational analysis: preparing scRNA-seq libraries, building analysis pipelines, quantifying imaging data, and translating complex datasets into clear, publishable results.
That wet lab foundation (IHC, IF microscopy, ELISAs, Western blots, flow cytometry, scRNA-seq library prep) means I understand your data at the biology level, not just the file level. That context changes everything about how analysis gets done.
On the computational side, I work across the full single-cell stack: quality control, normalization, dimensionality reduction, cell type annotation, differential expression, and trajectory analysis. My research background also includes agent-based modeling in computational immunology and deep learning (graph neural networks, in particular), which informed the development of our patent-pending therapeutic target discovery engine.
Quantavo exists because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant researchers with great data and no clear path from raw files to insight. I co-founded Quantavo with Elizabeth to fix that, with rigor, reproducibility, and clear explanations.

Elizabeth Solis, MS
Co-Founder & Scientific Project Manager
My path into bioinformatics started during my undergraduate degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where the biology curriculum kept leading me back to the same place: the data. I became more interested in what code could reveal about biological systems than in the bench work itself, and that tension turned into a career direction.
I came to New Mexico for graduate school and ended up co-founding Quantavo. I hold a Master's in Biology from UNM and I'm currently completing a second graduate degree in Computer Science, because one wasn't enough to do the work I actually want to do.
At Quantavo, I run the operational side of the company: client relationships, project timelines, scope management, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. My background in machine learning and data mining means I can engage with the technical work critically: reviewing methodology, stress-testing assumptions, and ensuring the science behind every deliverable holds up. Cory builds the pipelines. I make sure they get delivered right.
I believe good science and good project management aren't in tension. They require each other.
